About Cybergeist & The Team

Cybergeist is a community CTI tool (cyber threat intelligence), powered by a multitude of industry buzzwords (GenAI, NLP, supervised machine learning) to build a valuable 'free' cyber threat dataset that focuses on most hot, impactful, and relevant cyber threats that organisations of all size face. Cybergeist is not an elitist tool aimed at the top 0.1% of multi-national corporations that have huge $MM budgets for detection and response, instead it aims to assist new and emerging teams, with $0 budget, to achieve the following foundational outcomes:

  • Quickly gain a base understanding about a specific new threat that could be impact your business, or that's a concern to your leadership team: For example, if your CEO comes to you and asks "I've just read about heart bleed in the Financial Times, what's our position?" - then Cybergeist will help you get an answer quickly
  • Discover the top and new trending threats of the though dashboards and custom data feeds
  • Research and consume a custom feed of the most relevant threats to your team based on simplified PIRs (intelligence requirements), available via web interface and also STIX 2.1 for those that have the tools to consume it (requires a free account).
  • Share and forward information that you think can help your peers, also in STIX 2.1 format
  • Build and share your own custom STIX 2.1 intelligence packages for publishing alongside your own blogs, tweets, or incident reports (coming soon!)
Get Smart

Cybergeist becomes more smart the more that people use it, but trust me It won't try to take over the world. Simply vote, answer questions, comment (limited access), build public intel packages, and then Cybergeist will learn little things from your actions. To find out more about the technical architecture, technology components, and design trade offs, take a look at the How Cybergeist Works blog post.
