Buchanan, along with four other defendants - Ahmed Elbadawy, 23, from College Station, Texas; Joel Evans, 25, from Jacksonville, NC; Evans Osiebo, 20, from Dallas; and Noah Urban, 20, from Palm Coast, Florida - have been implicated in this case. The group's activities are believed to be widespread and complex, involving numerous victims and significant financial losses. In addition to the charges related to his involvement with the Scattered Spider hacking group, Buchanan faces an additional 20 years for wire fraud.
