Buchanan, along with four other defendants - Ahmed Elbadawy, 23, from College Station, Texas; Joel Evans, 25, from Jacksonville, NC; Evans Osiebo, 20, from Dallas; and Noah Urban, 20, from Palm Coast, Florida - have been implicated in this case. The group's activities are believed to be widespread and complex, involving numerous victims and significant financial losses.
